Jeff Fouts: “Estate planning attorney Jeff Fouts here. I want to tell you a little bit about my professional background. I am a licensed attorney. I’ve been a licensed attorney for just over 25 years in the State of Georgia.
I also have had clients in all 50 states and in 29 foreign countries. Those were tax clients. In the past, we used to do a lot of tax cases. We had about 3,000 tax cases.
I’m also a member of the State Bar of Georgia, also a member of the Wealth Council, which is a National Estate Planning Organization. I’ve been admitted to the US Supreme Court, United States Tax Court, US Federal Court, and all courts in Georgia including the Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Superior Court, and of course, the Probate Court.
I am the author of this book, “Estate Planning in Georgia.” It is available on Amazon. The title of it is, as I just said, “Estate Planning in Georgia, Keeping it in the Family. The smart way to leave assets to your family and protect you from disability, taxes, bad marriages, and irresponsibility.” These things actually do occur, so it’s important to think about these things ahead of time. Have a good day.”
