Jeff Fouts: “Estate planning attorney Jeff Fouts here. Everyone has an estate. An estate is nothing other than a fancy Old English word which means your stuff. When you die, all of your stuff is going to go into a pile. Your estate is worth whatever that pile of stuff is. Your house, your life insurance, your checking, your savings, your brokerage, your IRA, your timeshare, etc.
Everything is going to count. You may be worth more than you think you are once you tally all of that up. We work with people that have all different kinds of estates. We work with people that have simple estates, complex estates. We work with people that have smaller estates, middle size estates, and large estates. We’ve worked with all different types and sizes of estates.
I doubt very seriously if there’s a person watching this video that has more money than we have handled an estate for. On the other hand, I doubt very seriously if there’s someone watching this video that has less than what we have done an estate for. But most of our clients have a middle size estate.
If we could ever help you in any way, if you want to discuss estate planning, just let us know. Thank you.”
