A message for our valued clients from Attorney Jeff Fouts
If you are thinking about estate planning, it probably means two things: you have some assets (it doesn’t matter whether they are a little or a lot), and you have one or more people to whom you’d like to leave them to.
Every day, people who are smart in every other respect, go around giving little if any thought to the great need they have for quality estate planning. They think they have all the time in the world to plan. Truth be told, they put more thought into planning their vacations than they do planning how to properly deal with their most valued possessions and those they love. And then there are many who have done some estate planning and think what they’ve done will accomplish their goals, but sadly, this is often not the case.
My hope is that you’ll contact me so I can help you with your estate planning; I want to get you thinking about your future in a radically different manner. The time to plan is now, and I want to help you create a secure and happy future for yourself and those you love.
